FAQS

1.Q.
Why should I choose your program?

A. To be perfectly honest with you, the content of all Home Study programs on the Internet are very much similar to each other. However, our program is designed in such a way that you hardly need any computer skills to navigate through our course. In addition to it, ask yourself, what is the most frustrating thing when it comes to dealing with any service provider?  Your answer probably will be customer service and support.  Our customer service representatives are honest, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and, most of all, ready to assist you.

2.Q. How do I know that the court that is handling my ticket will accept the certificate issued by your school?

A. If the court gave you information about our program, or if it was on their courtesy notice you received in the mail.

3.Q. I received a notice from the court, which says I need to get a signature from my traffic school and send it in with my certificate. Will I need to send this form to you?

A. You don't need to worry about the form. It is not required if you take the online course with Day or Night Traffic School.com/Angels

4.Q. How does the DMV will receive my certificate?

A.
Upon completing our course and meeting all the requirements, the certificate of completion will be electronically filed with the Department of Motor Vehicles during business hours and regular delivery within 3 days of processing. You will able to print your  Receipt of Completion.  Expedited Services are available.

PLEASE NOTE: Day or Night Traffic School.com/Angels does not process certificates on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

5.Q. How long will it take me to complete the course?

A. All home study traffic school programs must cover the exact same material that you would have received if you had attended a walk-in traffic school in order to be approved by the  Department of Motor Vehicles. The walk-in traffic schools must cover 340 minutes (about 6 hours) of instructional material, based on the 6th grader's reading comprehension, by following a DMV curriculum outline. Home study programs must cover that same material as well in order to be approved by any court. So, if you can read faster than a 6th grader, most likely, you will be able to finish the course quicker.

6.Q. Can you tell me a little about your course?

A. There are 8 chapters with an 8-question online quiz after each chapter. When you finish reading all chapters and successfully pass all quizzes, you will be prompted to take the Final Exam. You are permitted to view the chapter course material while taking this Final Exam. You have 60 minutes to take the Final Exam.

Clicking on the "Recap" button will open a pop-up window with the Chapter material.

You are only permitted to take the Final Exam (2) times.  If you fail the Final exam two (2) times ( by not achieving a score of seventy percent ( 70%) or better), you will be required to start the entire process all over again if you still want to complete a Traffic Violator School course.  Should you still want to complete the Traffic Violator School course after failing the Final exam two (2) times, you would be required to re-register with this or another Traffic Violator School, complete course material, any participation requirements, purchase a course additional time, and successfully pass a Final Exam.

Remember- As a courtesy to Customers of Day or Night Traffic School.com/Angels, if you have failed the Final Exam two ( 2) times, you can re-register with us free of charge for as many times as required until you pass the Final Exam.

7.Q. Can I fail a quiz?

A. No. To pass a quiz, you must answer at least 70% of the questions (6 answers out of 8 questions) correctly.  All quizzes will be graded online immediately after you take them.  You are permitted to view the chapter course material while taking the Chapter Quiz.  Clicking the "Recap" button will open a pop-up window with the Chapter material.

8.Q. When do I pay for the course?

A. You will have the option to pay at the time of the registration, or you can take the course first and pay later. You must pay for the course before you take the Final Exam.

9.Q.
What form of payment do you accept?

A. You can pay for the course by any major credit card or money order. All fraud payment cases will be investigated and reported to courts and other law enforcement authorities.  For any other methods of payment, please call 1 (800) 860-2226.

10.Q.
Are there any hidden costs that I should know about?

A. No. The cost of the Internet Course is $26.99.

Re- Directs or Re-Submission to the DMV: Requires a fee of $15.00

Refunds: Day or Night Traffic School.com/Angels will issue the refund only if the website is not available for more than 4 hours at one time. For any other reason, we will not refund your payment.

I travel a lot. Can I use any computer anywhere to take your course?

A.  Yes. You can use any computer anywhere in the world that can be connected to the Internet.

12.Q. I am a busy person. Do I have to complete the whole course in one sitting?

A.  No. That is what makes our program so popular. You can log in and log out as many times as you want.

13.Q.
Can I take a traffic school course more than once in 18 months?

A. No, But begin counting 18 months since the date you received your citation, not the date when you completed traffic school.
